About the Event
The Invite: Sound baths invite one to step into the portal of deep relaxation. The tones of the crystal singing bowls harmonize with the seven major chakras of the body, and invite a recalibration of energy and peace into these sacred spaces within. The harmonizing tones support the nervous system to fall into a parasympathetic state, offering the body a time to fall into deep relaxation and systemic repair. It's during this process that the body can undergo deep and profound healing.
