About the Event
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique used to reduce stress, release energetic imbalances, and improve overall energy in the body. Reiki is administered by laying hands on or above the body following a sequence of hand positions with grounded intension and awareness.
Join us for a day of learning this ancient practice, receiving the first Reiki attunement, and exchanging (both giving and receiving) Reiki with peers.
Class Instructor: Â Reiki Master Brooke Carnwath. Â
Class Time: 9:00am - 5:30pm with a half hour lunch break
Items needed to bring to class: twin size linen set, (flat and fitted sheet) blanket, indoor shoes or slippers, water bottle, and snacks or lunch.
