New Moons open a powerful portal for manifesting & setting new intensions. Join Randi Plouffe, founder of Sacred Roots Massage School of Montana, for a gentle restorative yoga practice and tea ceremony, setting your intensions for this cycle, & enjoy the delightful tastes from Sacred Sips Tea Co.
~ Class is donation based. Suggested donation of $10.00-$15.00.
~ No yoga experiene is nessisary.
~ Bringing a journal is encouraged, as there will be journaling prompts.
~ Yoga mats and props are available, however, we do encourage you to bring your own if able.
~ Class begins promptly at 5pm. Please arrive early to settle in.
