Anatomy & Kinesiology Continuing Education for Body Workers - Live Workshops

Some of the activities included in Bev’s anatomy classes and workshops are:

• Palpating, exploring and coloring on the body, bringing the muscles to the surface and more accurately seeing how they move.

• Applying clay onto model skeletons, experiencing the muscles in 3-D.

• Evaluating joint range of motion, considering muscle involvement to broaden your understanding.

• Exploring exercises, stretches, and self-care techniques to nurture and restore your system to integrate and embody anatomy.
